I would like to share an article published several years ago that discusses the use of ambient sound therapy to fall asleep. There are so many people of all ages who have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Sleep affects many aspects of health and fitness. If you are having trouble with sleeping both in terms of quality and quantity, having some kind of background noise may help. I personally have found sleeping with a machine that produces white noise helpful. Insomniacs are finding the use of 'white noise' and 'pink noise' helpful in their efforts to fall asleep.
